After a hard week pulling everything together with sponsors, we have pretty much sorted out 2013 down to a tee. With this in mind S. M. Ellis KTM rider Dee-Jay Walker (BW85 #379) headed to Fatcat Motoparc for the charity fundraiser in aid of Ryan Mason who tragically broke his back in July.
Race 1 saw Dee-Jay get a pretty bad start to then pull back through the pack but then to have us on the edge with 2 crashes. After remounting Dee-Jay pulled his way back through to finish in 2nd, at 13 years old nobody can knock his commitment.
Race 2 again saw a bad start but like before saw Dee-Jay pull back through the pack and into 2nd position chasing down the leader but there simply wasn’t enough time on the clock to get into 1st.
Dee-Jay took 2nd overall on the day and a great first race riding for S. M. Ellis KTM.
