The British Youth Nationals have added another champion to their roster for the 2013 season, with the addition of British Girls’ Nationals champion Ciara Robertson. The 12 year old charger, who took the Autos and 65 honours in 2012, will ride with sponsorship with Carnegie Fuels.
“I’m looking forward to the new challenges ahead, not only moving up a class to the 85 Small Wheel but to be joining the all new British Youth Nationals this year,” said Ciara on her move upwards.
The youngster from Angus, who also took fifth in the Scottish championship, can expect strong competition on her series debut on May 4th and 5th, with plenty of top talent already announced.
It’s fantastic to be seeing more and more great riders added to the championship,” added Gareth Hockey of RHL Activities, the organisers of the British Youth Nationals.
“Obviously, it’s important that the early stage of a career is marked by good, hard competition and I’m very confident the British Youth Nationals is going to provide that.”
Potential entrants for the first round at Wooley Grange are reminded that their entries must be in by April 5th or they will miss out.
